NDS (NEAR Domain System) is a bridge between WWW and Web3 that links human-readable NEAR accounts to traditional DNS domains using simple TXT records and on-chain verification. Instead of treating names as an optional overlay, NEAR makes the name itself the account, with subaccounts and storage staking creating a clean, provable namespace and provenance tree (app.brand.near, ai.brand.near, etc.).
